I am doing an science fair experiment on worm composting. I need to grow a vegetable and a fruit in about a month. I am growing one in worm compost and the other in normal soil. What vegetables or fruits should I grow? And any tips on worm composting and growing stuff?

You could use radishes, leaf lettuce, beans, almost any veggie. Other than melons, I can’t think of any fruit you could use.
Keep your soil moist, but not soggy. Make certain that your growing container has a drainage hole. You’ll need sunshine for the seeds to sprout and grow into sturdy plants.
broccoli ,cabbage, lettuce, anything green, but no potatoes, also make sure your worm comp. is not to strong
